On the job training for new hires mainly includes four aspects:

(1)   Company training

Targeting at all new hires, to make them be familiar with company environment and get to know about the company, the training includes company profile, corporate culture, rules and regulations, safety education, product principles and other aspects.


(2)   Department training

Targeting at new employees assigned to departments and work shift personnel, the training time is determined based on position requirements of different departments. Its main contents include work process, business, department rules and regulations, assessment methods, safety training (inside departments), product principles (inside departments) and other aspects.


(3)   On-site training

To make the staff get to know about and improve their relevant knowledge and abilities regarding production process and operation, quality inspection, production logistics and so on, the company has set up training site especially. The main training at the training site includes three parts, namely production, quality and logistics training, which is divided into two modules that is theory knowledge training and practical operation performance.


(4)   Job training

Job training is divided into management personnel training and production personnel training. It is one for one training for the department and the post in order to be familiar with the company products and job responsibilities of the department and narrow the difference with the position requirements.
